PRO TIP #1 - Using Google Drive to Save Your Images

One huge advantage of the save to Google Drive feature is that not only can you easily manage your image, each image has the saved design link in the details. Whenever you want to go back and edit, replicate or scale an image, all you need to do is grab the URL from the file’s description. This video shows you how:

Q: What is ArtWiz?
A: ArtWiz is a membership site designed to enable users to quickly and easily create great looking designs for Merch by Amazon, other Print On Demand platforms, sublimation art and more.

Q: I have a paid subscription with or, do I get a preferred rate for joining ArtWiz?
A: Yes, please contact for more information.

Q: Are the designs copyright free?
A: The ArtWiz team has made efforts to ensure that we only use images without any limitations on their use. Images are either created by our team or sourced from sites where the copyright is listed as CCO without any limitations on usage. If you find an image on ArtWiz that you believe is a violation, please inform us immediately. Tens of thousands of images have been created on ArtWiz and uploaded to Merch by Amazon. In very few cases, Amazon has asked for a proof of right to use an image and this has been provided by us and has been accepted in all cases that we are aware of. This can change due to the nature of art and copyrighting. If we become aware of any image that is problematic, we shall remove it from our collection.

Q: If I create a design using ArtWiz will Amazon automatically approve it?
A: Not necessarily. If the wording used in your design or the design itself does not meet Merch by Amazon’s rules, your design will not be approved. If you need to prove to Amazon that the image itself is copyright free, please refer them to ArtWiz as the source. Please do not copy designs of other ArtWiz members.

Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: No, we are not currently offering a free trial. However, if you sign up for the monthly subscription and for any reason, ArtWiz does not live up to your expectations, please contact support within the first 72 hours and request a refund. We will consider all such requests that provide relevant information.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Once you sign up for a paid subscription, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will continue till the end of the original period (month or year depending on the subscription you signed up for). The subscription starts immediately upon sign up and therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds (unless within first 72 hours in which case we shall consider).

Q: Can multiple users share a ArtWiz account?
A: No. Each user should have his/her own ArtWiz account. This is important for licensing issues. If Amazon or another marketplace flags your account and asks for proof of subscription, you’ll need to prove that when you uploaded your images your email account had an active ArtWiz subscription.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements to use ArtWiz?
A: Depending on whether you use filters and other advanced features on ArtWiz, stronger processing power and memory may be required. We find that ArtWiz works well on Windows 10, newer Macs, some newer Chromebooks and even some Android devices. If you’re on Windows 7 or your device has less than 8GB internal memory, some features and some downloads may not work. (Tip: try closing all other windows and browser tabs – sometimes this may help).

Q: How much does it cost to use ArtWiz?
A: Please see the pricing page.

Q: Will you be adding more designs, products and marketplace formats?
A: Yes, we’ll regularly be adding new designs, new options, support for new products when Amazon does and we’ll also be adding support for the formats required by other marketplaces. Please contact the ArtWiz team with your ideas and requests.

Q: Can I use ArtWiz on a mobile phone?
A: It does work on most phones, we’re working to improve the user experience on mobile devices.

Q: How Can I Save and Retrieve Designs?
A: Click on the Share or Save button and copy the URL and paste somewhere safe to retrieve later.

Q: What are the basic Troubleshooting steps?
A: If something about ArtWiz is not working properly for you, please see the help page.

Q: What is the best way to learn how to use ArtWiz?
A: Please see the help page

Q: What does it mean that the site is currently in Beta?
A: We have done our best to launch the site early with multiple features. During the Beta period, some functionality may not be perfect and we’ll be collecting data to find any technical or operational issues that can be improved. We welcome your early feedback.
